Dinesh Jeengar owns and publishes The Fitness Falcon and is responsible for what the site publishes, including topic selection, sourcing standards, corrections and updates. He is not a doctor, dietitian or certified trainer, and articles under his byline are not presented as clinical or professional advice. You can browse everything credited to him on his author page.
How articles are produced
- Sources first. Factual claims are checked against primary or official sources where possible: public health agencies such as the CDC, HHS and EPA, peer-reviewed research, and manufacturers’ own specifications. Sources are linked in the article.
- Dated checks. Time-sensitive details such as prices, product features and guideline status carry the date they were checked.
- No invented testing. Product articles say plainly when they are research-based rather than hands-on, and credit test results to the outlet that ran them.
- AI-assisted drafting is disclosed by policy. Some articles use AI assistance for research and drafting. The publisher remains responsible for accuracy, and AI output is never treated as a source.
- Health information is general. Articles are educational, not personal diagnosis or treatment. See our editorial and corrections policy.
Publication bylines
Some older articles are published under The Fitness Falcon publication byline. That byline identifies the publication rather than a separately verified individual specialist, and it does not mean a doctor or registered dietitian reviewed the article.

We do not publish placeholder staff profiles or list qualifications we have not verified. When a guest contributor writes for the site, their article identifies them, and any credentials shown are ones we have confirmed. If you would like to contribute, read our Write for Us guidelines.
